Our new washer is installed now, so I am getting caught up on my laundry. I am quite pleased with this. The new washer is much nicer than the old one was. Bigger and quieter.
I also got new brake pads on my car, so I can go places again. Too bad I have to spend time baking instead!

Tell me about it! I am feeling such a humbug this year, as the party is at my house and I suddenly feel very put upon. My party is in two days and I am SO far behind.
I totally understand how you feel. I have to start baking today, but at 11:30 I am still in bed. It certainly does not help that Walter is still snoring next to me. He is taking full advantage of his paid vacation. Getting him to help clean out the closet later this week may be like pulling teeth!
