Asian Cuisine

So, before I went to market, a vegetarian friend of mine gave me his recipe for fried rice, which I think would compliment the chicken and vegetables quite well, so I bought some rice and the ingredients as well. This will turn out perfectly, as the starch will prevent Walter from making those horribly unhealthy french fries. And he loves fried rice. I have never prepared it before, but how hard can it be?

So, dinner tonight is:

Honey Teriyaki Chicken Breasts cooked with broccoli, carrots, onions, bell peppers, snow peas and mushrooms
Fried rice (with corn, peas, eggs, and carrot)

Delightful! I get so giddy when I try new recipes. I hope this one is a success!
