Birthday Surprises

Today is my birthday, and while I should be thrilled, I am not. My arthritis is flaring, and I seem to have caught some sort of stomach bug, as well. Being ill on your birthday is no fun at all. At least it gives me an extra excuse not to do chores today. My head is buzzing with things I need to do, but I do not feel well enough to do them.
