After nearly a month, I FINALLY got my vacuuming done. The whole house looks so much better now! I also cleaned the bathrooms, and some chicken is marinading for dinner. I am feeling so successful and fulfilled. My housework had not been up to snuff over the holidays and the following events, but now that things are going smoothly, I am back in the groove.
I also talked to my mother on the phone for over two hours today, which was nice. Her best friend's daughter is turning four (she was a miracle baby) at the beginning of March, and they wanted to know if I would make a cake for them. I am excited! When the daughter was asked what kind of cake she wanted, the answer was "pink," so I will have to work with that. She loves princesses and Dora the Explorer, so I do have some things to go on. I hope I do a good job!
Tomorrow night, our weekly gaming and entertaining begins again, but next weekend, Walter and I have plans.

Yay! I'm sure Casa de Eberhart is totally clean now! Not that it ever wasn't.
My uncle's ex-wife always used to bake my birthday cakes. They would be dome shaped and she would decorate it to look like a ball gown, then stick a Barbie doll in the top! You should totall try that.
I'm not a big fan of the Barbie cakes. I might do that if that is what her mother suggests, but I think I am going a different route with it.
Now, WHY did you delete your Facebook account/unfriend me/whatever?
It's me. I just changed my blog name to my middle name cause I was starting to feel unsafe.
I didn't unfriend you, I deleted my account. I felt guilty for lying to my mother everytime she asked me if I had a "Myspace or something like that".
