Just popping in for a quick update before I start to prepare dinner. It's a very exciting night for dinner because I checked the markets my friend suggested. The first one did not have the lactose-free cheese I so desired, but the second did! They do not apparently stock the shredded variety, but I purchased a package of American slices and a package of mild cheddar slices. If I desire shredded, I can cut them myself. I do want to locate some of the shredded mozzerella for recipes, pizzas and the like, but if I do not, it is not the end of the world. So, cheeseburgers and fries for dinner tonight!
I did none of the vacuuming today, instead choosing to put it all off until tomorrow, but my other chores have been completed. The doctor's appointment went smoothly and quickly, which I much approved of. Now I can make dinner and then relax for a few hours before I clean the pet cages.
Tomorrow I will be seeing my sister for the first time in four months, talking to her for the first time in three. We have been a bit estranged for a number of reasons, none of which have been resolved, so I am somewhat nervous. However, our parents request that we have at least a bit of a relationship, so I will try, if only to keep the peace. Hopefully things go well. I believe there is a kitchen outlet store in the outlet mall we're going to. That would be so incredibly wonderful.
I have yet to decide if I should make regular cheeseburgers or inside-out cheeseburgers (with the cheese melted on the inside instead of on top of the patty). Hm...
