Grand Opening

Since I am just making my garlic chicken for dinner tonight, I will begin my food blog tomorrow night when I make the gnocchi and sausage. The blog can be found here for anyone who is interested. I also linked it on my left menu (Joanna's Kitchen). Hopefully it will get quite a following!

Today is a fairly simple day. Since there was no cooking last night, there are no dishes to do. Laundry is drying at the moment, and the living room is fairly uncluttered. The floors are in need of a vacuum, perhaps, and the bathrooms could stand to be cleaned, but I plan on cleaning the pet cages tomorrow night, meaning that I will vacuum on Friday, and I ache too much today to clean the bathrooms. They are not close to unsanitary, so they can wait a day or two.

My mother called earlier. The factory she worked at recently closed, so she is a housewife at the moment at well, albeit temporarily. It's nice to have someone to talk to during the day.

I am trying to decide on some sort of lunch. We don't have much that doesn't require much effort.
