Clean Up

I spent far more money than intended at Linens 'N' Things today, but I purchased so many great things!

I got:

Wine-colored curtains for the living room
Pink Kitchen-Aid mixing bowls (part of the proceeds went to breast cancer awareness)
A pink silicone rolling pin (proceeds to breast cancer, as above)
A cupcake caddy (I had one, but this one has holes for cupcakes so they don't slip. I can use my other one for cookies)
New kitchen shears (Farberware)
A set of three round pie pans

I was intending on getting some cooling racks as well, but there was only one left when I got there, and it was a small one. Alas...

We also went to Michaels, where I got a standing scarecrow for the porch (only five dollars!) and a dice box for Walter's games. I am so thrilled with myself today. I spent a lot of money, more than I meant, but everything was on sale, and I think I did well. I got fifty dollar curtains for thirty-five dollars! Everything is high-quality, as well, and can be used for a long time.

I still have to cook dinner tonight (cheeseburgers), but I don't feel particularly like doing it right now. A cold front moved in, and I don't feel well.
