I am being very self-entitled today. My chores are being done--the linens are being washed, and I THINK the oven is being cleaned...I have never had a self-cleaning oven before, so I don't know that I am doing it properly, but I suppose I will know soon enough.
But while these chores are going and the meat is thawing for dinner, I am lying on the bed watching Food Network and reading the cooking magazines I purchased yesterday. I feel very relaxed and gluttonous. It truly is fantastic.
I am entertaining tomorrow night, so I should be certain that the house is presentable before then. The best thing about cleaning daily is that my home is nearly always ready for company.
